 Elvis Presley was a very talented person who sang, danced and acted.

Elvis was among the first in the Rock and Roll, Country & Gospel Halls of Fame.

He was the most important Rock & Roll icon of all time.  He was born on 8th January 1935. Elvis was the son of Vernon and Gladys Presley. Jesse Aaron Presley was his twin brother. Elvis married Priscilla Beaulieu. Marie Lisa Presley was their only daughter.

He wasn´t a composer because he didn´t compose any of his songs. He was an excellent singer, but he didn't play guitar. When he was 11 years old, his parents gave him his first guitar. 

When he was nineteen years old, he recorded his first hit songs. Elvis Presley was signed by the RCA company, which catapulted him to the peak of success.  Elvis Presley was the highest-selling solo artist in history. His first success was in 1956 with his song called "Heartbreak Hotel”. 

Elvis Presley was the only white musician to sing rock and roll. He was very generous with his money and many people loved him. Elvis Presley died in Memphis, he was 42 years old, to an acute myocardial infarction.

In 2016 he was recognized as the third top album seller.
